The long irritation of a vestibular mechanism can lead to violation of its functions that is shown by emergence of simptomokompleks of "motion sickness" (dizziness, nausea, vomiting, balance loss, violation of warm activity and a rhythm of breath). Such phenomena can come when driving by the boat or the steamship, when driving in the car, etc. The training - performance of a complex of special exercises is necessary for normalization of activity of a vestibular mechanism. Exercises have to be carried out daily even then when attacks of dizzinesses stop. Duration of occupations - 15-20 min.
When performing some exercises there can be unpleasant feelings reminding "seasickness", but nevertheless it is not necessary to stop trainings. Eventually load of a vestibular mechanism has to amplify gradually. Usually in several months of occupations all negative phenomena pass and the health improves.

- Starting position: legs directly, heels together, hands are lowered.
- A ducking down - an exhalation to raise the head up - a breath.
- Turns of the head to the left, to the right 10-15 times.
- A ducking to the left shoulder, a starting position, inclinations to the right shoulder of 10-15 times.
- Roundabout by the head from left to right and from right to left. Lowering the head - an exhalation, lifting - a breath.
